अभिजित गणेश भिवा मै इतिहासकार नहीं हूँ, ओर्कियोलोगी भी नहीं हूँ मै सामान्य कार्यकर्ता हूँ, समझो मै आपसे हार गया तो बताव, आपको आज के तारीख का वर्तमान का क्या आकलन है, देश के ९० करोड़ लोग भुकमरी के कगार पर क्यों और कैसे पहुँच गए गए, उनको किसने वहां तक घसीट कर लेके गये. बाबासाहब को ७ करोड़ लोग सपोर्ट कर रहे थे, ओ आज इसी वक्त ७० करोड़ होना चाहिए थे. लेकिन ओ दो करोड़ भी नहीं है ऐसा क्यों? आनेवाले १० साल में बाबासाहब के सपोर्टर जीरो (शुन्य) नहीं होंगे इसकी आप गारंटी, हमी दे सकते हो, क्या कोई भी माँ बाप पहले अपने बच्चे का सोचते है, बाद में दुसरे का मै सामान्य आदमी हूँ तो जाहिर है मै पहले अपने बच्चे का सोचूंगा इसलिए मै मेरे ९० करोड़ लोगो का पहले सोचूंगा इनको तकलीफ होगी तो हमारी जान चली जाएगी मतलब नस्ल बर्बाद हो जाएगी. आप असामान्य हो इसलिए आप बुद्ध का ज्ञान ब्राहमणों में बाटो और उनका सोचो मै इतना नहीं कर सकता, आप के नजरिये से अगर मै गलत काम कर रहा हूँ तो मै गलत हूँ और आगे आगे बताते जाव क्योंकि संत तुकाराम महाराज ने कहा था की "निन्दकाचे घर असावे शेजारी" मतलब टिका और गलती निकालने वाले का घर हमारे घर के बाजू में होना चाहिए. अगर आप को मै सही लग रहा हूँ तो मै सही काम कर रहा हूँ. राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुलेजी का आन्दोलन इंग्रज के विरोध में नहीं था सावित्रीमाई और फुलेजी दोनोही इंग्रज को माउली मतलब माँ बाप कहते थे.

अगर ओ इंग्रज यहाँ नहीं आते तो हम सब लोगो को शिक्षा, सम्पति, शस्त्र या कोनसे भी हक्क, अधिकार नहीं मिलते. या जोतीराव फुले, राजश्री शाहू महाराज, बाबासाहब, आन्ना भाऊ साठे और हम सब पैदा ही नहीं होते अगर होते तो गुलामो के सिवा दुसरे कोई भी नहीं होते. ग्यारहवी सदी में १२०० मुघल सैनिक आये थे और बाबर ने अपने वंशाजाके नाम वसीयत में नसीयत लिखी है और कहाँ है "भारत पर राज करना है, तो ब्राहमणों को साथ और सहयोग लेके करो राज करो" वरना ये देश छोडके आपको जान पड़ेगा. इसलिए मुघलो की सलतन में ४० % हिस्सेदारी ब्राहमणों की थी और ६५० साल तक दोनों मिलके इस देश पर राज कर रहे थे, मनुस्मुर्ती में उसका पक्का बंदोबस्त कर के रखा था, इसलिए बाबासाहब को उसको जलन पड़ा. ये बात पहले राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुलेजी को मालुम पड़ी इसलिए उन्होंने हमें लिखित आदेश दिया की जब तक अंग्रेज यहाँ है, तब तक हम सब लोगो को संधि है, अवसर है, की हम सब मिलके अंग्रेजो की मदत से शिक्षा लेले वरना ये ब्राहमण लोग हमको उनके गुलामी से आझाद नहीं होने देंगे जल्दी करो इसलिए उन्होंने पहली लड़कियोकी स्कुल खोल दिया उनमे से मातंग जात १४ साल की बच्ची ने जाहिर आव्हान ब्राहमणों को स्त्री पुरुष तुलना नामके निबध लेख में जो सवाल खड़े किये ओ आज तक किसी ब्राहमण ने उसके उत्तर नहीं दिए. राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुले अंग्रेजो की मदत से ब्राहमणों के खिलाप आझादी का आन्दोलन चला रहे थे और वही आन्दोलन से बाबासाहब ने अपने हात में लेके हक्क और अधिकार लिए ओ हक्क अधिकार पुना पक्ट द्वारा ब्राहमणों ने दुबारा छीन लेलिये इसलिये बाबासाहाब ने कहाँ "पारतंत्र्यात जिनकी हमें बाते सहन नहीं होती उनके हमें आझादी के बाद लाता (पैरो से कुचलना) खाना पड़ेगी और हमारा संघर्ष सत्ता और सम्पति के लिए नहीं बल्कि पूरी आझादी के लिए है". १६ अगस्त १९४७ को नकली आझादी के दुसरे ही दिन पूरी बारिश में आझाद मैदान मुंबई में आन्ना भाऊ साठे ने राली (मोर्चा) निकलकर कहाँ "ये आझादी झूठी है देश की जनता भूकी है" और आज वही ९० करोड़ लोगोका हाल है उनका दिन का उत्पन्न २० रुपये के निचे लाया गया है इसलिए हम लोगोने आझादी की जंग छेड़ी है, उसमे आपको आना है तो आपक स्वागत है नहीं आना तो जावो ब्राहमणों की चाटते रहो हमें कुछ इससे लेना देना नहीं और ये आझादी कि जंग हम भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा द्वारा लढ़ रहे, आप सब का हम इंतजार कर रहे है

Thanks for your replies/comments, which gives the hope for some action in the direction of justice.

I have sent you the Brief of my case on your email addresses (mentioned in your facebook page). Also given below are the salient features of my case , as below.

Some laws for protection of dalits are there. But those laws are lying useless (without implementation) because its implementation is under the control of politicians or bureaucrats who work under the nexus with casteist high position holding influential perpetrators. Victim is always weak in all cases, hence he is not heard. Only international pressure & setting up some permanent mechanism providing direct control of international (UN or EU) platforms over caste atrocities cases, can provide justice to the helpless dalits, who under the prevailing circumstances, either suffer quietly; or if they complaint, are subject to increased harassment (under nexus between perpetrators & law implementation authority or dalit protection agency - like National Commission for Scheduled Castes or Police).

I am working at the position of General Manager in a Government of India organisation - PEC Ltd (a public sectur undertaking under- Ministry of Commerce & Industry).

Salient Features of caste atrocities against me by the group of high position holding high caste management / bureaucrats, are explained as below :-

I am a victim of caste atrocities due to myself being a senior dalit executive in the organisation & being senior most dalit at organisation's head quarters (reaching this position at an early age) & being highly qualified with very good professional record &. Hence victimised by career spoiling conspiracies & harassment & humiliation.
No action by any authority till date to restraint the harassment, despite several complaints to National Commission for Scheduled Castes, Police, Courts, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Personnel & Public Grievances, Ministry of Law & Justice, Planning Commission etc. Police has in fact acted as perpetrator by unfairly supporting the perpetrators & concealing their atrocities & by not inquiring their misdeeds reported by victim.
Some of main incidents of continuing torture:-
Repeated humiliation publicly & derogatory casteist remarks were said. Humiliating Puja (Purifying Worship Ritual by casteists) was also performed to purify the office hall/room in Delhi which was used by victim due to their inhuman thinking of Untouchability.
Door of the victim's room was broken.
Victim was forced to sit in the office in a dangerous & dirty room where the heavy false ceiling was falling where ceiling fell twice & victim escaped only by luck .
Repeated financial loss through mischievous actions.

Victim is suffering continued harassment, humiliation, harm repeatedly at the hands of perpetrators (group of high position holding government bureaucrats) who are highly encouraged under the continuing position of victim not getting justice from anywhere. Victim is working in the government organisation's. (PEC Ltd's) Hyderabad office where he was transferred arbitrarily in December,2009 to torture him & his family (due to domestic circumstance victim is compelled to seperate from his family, to work at Hyderabad (Transfer was effected illegally during NCSC investigations against oppressors). Hyderabad office has no work; it is maintained only as a place for harassment only ; and only SC/ST/OBC people are posted there for harassment; also due to harassment purpose, it is maintained in shameful, bad appearing & humiliating conditions & without required facilities for work (to harass & humiliate) .

Mental, Financial & Physical harm and harm to career has been inflicted repeatedly.

No action by any authority is increasingly encouraging perpetrators to increasingly harass, harm & humiliate the victim, with repeated incidents, without any restraint over them and acting like having the licence to harm the victim.

Urgent Action is required (i) to restrain the repeated inhuman harassment ; (ii)to punish the perpetrators ; (iii) to ensure treatment of equality for victim ; (iv) to make perpetrators compensate the victim for the loss & damages inflicted upon him..

TANAJI KABLE JI NE LIKHA HAI

संजय सोनावणे, RSS के सभी संघचालक से भी आप बहुत सब गुण संपन हो. हेडगेवार, सुदर्शन, गोलवरकर गुरूजी से भी हुशार हो. ओ गधे थे, इसलिए उनके लोगोको इकट्टा कर रहे थे. उनको कुछ भी बुद्धि नहीं थी, इसलिए उनके लोगो का आन्दोलन चला रहे, इसलिए वाजपेयी प्रधानमंत्री बना. तुम भी रस्ते पर उतर जा तेरा बेटा प्रधान मंत्री नहीं तो बाबासाहब के आगे जायेगा धन्यवाद आभार आपके बुद्धि को.
कोण किसीको विरोध कर रहा है हमें हमारी पड़ी है, दूसरो क्यों देखे हमें हमारी आझादी चाहिये, जाके दुबारा राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुलेजी को पढ़ लेना, राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुलेजी नि १८४८ को जो आझादी का आन्दोलन चलाया था. फुलेजिने १८५७ के लढाई को भट पांडे का युद्ध कहाँ था. रानडे ने राष्ट्रपिता जोतीराव फुले को अंग्रेजोके विरोध में भड़काने कोशिश की, लेकिन फुलेजी उनके आन्दोलन में सामिल नहीं हुए बल्कि उन्होंने हम लोगोको आदेश दिया था की "जब तक अंग्रेज यहाँ है तब तक शिक्षा लेलो नहीं तो अंग्रेज चले जायेंगे तो ये ब्राहमण लोग हम लोगोको उनकी गुलामी से आझाद नहीं होने देंगे" इसका मतलब हम लोग गुलाम थे. तो हम कब ब्राहमणों की गुलामी से आझाद हुए ये किधर लिखा है, अगर हम ब्राहमणों की गुलामी से आझाद हुए इतनी बड़ी घटना उत्सव जैसी मनानी चाहिए तो ये घटना कब और कहाँ हुई, ये बताव इसका मतलब हम लोग ब्राहमणों की गुलामी से आझाद नहीं हुए १६ आगस्त १९४७ पूरी बारिश में मुंबई में नकली आझादी के दुसरे दिन आन्ना भाऊ साठेजीने ही मोर्चा हजारो लोगो के साथ आझाद मैदान में निकाला था और जाहिर कहाँ था "ये आझादी झूठी है देश की जनता भूकी है" इसका मतलब हम आझाद नहीं हुए थे
बाबासाहब ने कहाँ था पारतंत्र्यात जिनकी हमें बाते सहन नहीं होगी उनकी हमें आझादी के बाद लाता (पैरो से कुचलना ) खाना पड़ेगी और हमारा संघर्ष सत्ता और संपत्ति के लिए नहीं बल्कि पूरी आझादी के लिए है. बाबासाहब के कहने का मतलब आझाद नहीं हुए हमें आझादी का आन्दोलन चलाना पड़ेगा
इसका मतलब हम लोग ब्राहमणों का द्वेष करने के लिए नहीं हमारी आझादी के लिए लढ़ रहे है
१ चलवल का मतलब ब्राहमण द्वेश ये आप जैसे महामूर्ख ही जाने
२ मराठा का अर्थ तो जानते हो क्या
३ ब्राहमणों के गधे ने लिखा हुवा इतिहास पढ़के खुद को ज्यादा शहाणा मत बनो क्योंकि सिधु संस्क्रती और बुद्ध धम्म के ९०% ग्रंथ जलाके राख कर दिए गए अभी जो भी बाकि है उनके सपोर्ट या उनके भलेके ही ग्रन्थ है भांडारकर और भारत इतिहास संशोधन मंडल ये हमारा इतिहास जलाने और उनका इतिहास लोगो को बताने के लिए संस्था पैदा की गई है इसलिए सिर्फ हमें बुद्ध का तर्कशास्त्र वापर कर के हमें हमारा सही इतिहास तैयार करना है
४ तेर ..... ने कभी संशोधन किया था क्या महार, मराठा, अलुतेदार, बलुतेदार... ६००० जाती में जो विभाजित हुवा मूलनिवासी ओ सब इक है. लोगो में नाम, आडनावे (सरनेम) उनकी कुल देव देवता लोक प्रथा रुढी, पूजा पद्धति सन, उत्सव का सार निकालो तो पता चला जायेगा. आपके हिसाब से शिवाजी महाराज मनुस्मुर्ती मान रहे थे तो क्यों कृष्णा भास्कर कुलकर्णी को कैसे काटा, तलवार कैसी चलाई, राज कैसे स्थापित किया. मोरोपंत पिंगले ने मुह पर शिवाजी महाराज को कहा था तुम शुद्र हो तुम्हारी कोई भी आज्ञा हम नही माननेवाले क्योंकी उस समय वर्नास्राम का ज्यादा जोर चला रहा था क्योंकी मुघलो के राज्य मे प्रशासन मे ब्रह्मणो कि हिस्सेदारी ४० % थी उसको नष्ट करणा हैं तो राजा बनना जरुरी था इसलिये दो बार शिवाजी महाराज ने राज्याभिषेक किया था
५ छोटा नागपूर पठार ओर बडे नागपूर मे सिर्फ महार हि लोग नही रहते थे सब जाती के मूलनिवासी लोग रहते थे नाग नदी किनारे सब जाती के सब लोग रहते थे इसका मतलब ब्राहामान छोडके सभी लोग नागवंशीय थे इसका सबूत नाग लोग शस्त्र के पूजक थे ओर महार, रामोशी, मांग,कुणबी ... बारा बलुतेदार अपनी अपनी शस्त्र के पूजक थे, दुसरा नाग सर्फ कि पूजा सब मूलनिवासी करते थे इसका मतलब हम सब एक हैं
ब्रह्मणो ने मनुस्मुर्ती के द्वारा हममे क्रमिक असमानता निर्माण करके द्वेष भावना निर्माण करके डरा धमाकाकर कालाप्निक ग्रंथो द्वारा गुलाम बनाया जिसने शस्त्र निचे डाले मतलब शरण गए ओ शुद्र और जो शरण नहीं गए आज तक खुद को नागवंशीय कहते थे और छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज के वन्शजोने शस्त्र नहीं डाले थे उनके वंशज शस्त्र चला रहे थे ने इसका मतलब ओ खुद को नाग वंशीय मानते थे और शरण गए थे उनको ब्राहमण की गुलामी से आझाद करना चाहते थे ओ एकदम जल्दी होनेवाला नहीं था इसका सबुत संभाजी महाराज का उम्र के १४ साल में ही लिखा हुवा बुद्ध भूषण ग्रन्थ तो ओ किसको मानते थे ओ नाम से ही पता चलता था संत तुकाराम मौर्या घराने से तालुक रखते थे इसका मतलब यहाँ का सब मूलनिवासी सम्राट अशोक के काल में बुद्ध धर्मीय था इसका ही अर्थ है हम सब मूलनिवासी नागवंशीय थे और है इसके लिए किसी ब्रहमनोने लिखी हुई किताब या किसी दलाल भड़वे की जरुरत नहीं चाहिये
हमें हमारी आझादी चाहिये और हमारा संघर्ष पूरी आझादी के लिए है और रहेगा

फिल्मी दुनिया के प्रसिद्ध गीतकार शैलेन्द्र के लिखे गीतों को सुनकर भारत ही नहीं बल्कि विश्व में आज भी लोग मस्त होकर झूमते हुए दिखाई देते हैं। उनके गीत लोगों के दिलो-दिमाग पर आज भी अपनी स्पष्ट छाप छोड़ जाते हैं। एक दलित परिवार में जन्में गीतकार शैलेन्द्र जी को प्रसिद्ध अभिनेता श्री राजकपूर उनकी प्रतिभा और गीतों से प्रभावित होकर उनको फिल्मी दुनिया में लेकर आए। शैलेन्द्र जी ने अपनी प्रतिभा और योग्यता के बल पर अपनी गीत लिखने की शैली से न सिर्फ श्री राजकपूर को ख्याति दिलाई बल्कि अपने गीतों के माध्यम से भारत की छबि को दुनिया में उभारने में क्रांतिकारी भूमिका निभाई। फिल्मी दुनिया में उनकी मंडली में अभिनेता राजकपूर, संगीतकार शंकर जयकिषन और गायक मुकेष कुमार आदि थे।
शैलेन्द्र का असली नाम शंकर सिंह ‘शैलेन्द्र’ था। उनका जन्म 30 अगस्त, 1923, रावल पिंडी पाकिस्तान में एक दलित परिवार में हुआ था। आपने 171 हिन्दी फिल्मों एवं 6 भोजपुरी फिल्मों में लगभग 800 फिल्मी गीत लिखे। आपने जिन लोकप्रिय फिल्मों में के लिए गीत लिखे उनमें प्रमुख हैं - ‘आवारा’ ‘दो बीघा जमींन’, ‘श्री 420’, ‘जिस देश में गंगा बहती है’, ‘संगम’, ‘ आह’, ‘ सीमा’, ‘मधुमती’, ‘जागते रहो’, ‘गाइड’, ‘काला बाजार’, ‘बूट पालिस’, ‘यहूदी’, ‘अनाड़ी’,‘पतिता’, ‘दाग’, ‘मेरी सूरत तेरी आंखें’, ‘बंदिनी’, ‘गुमनाम’ और ‘तीसरी कसम’ आदि शामिल हैं। ऐसी ही न जाने कितनी फिल्में होंगी जो आज भी अपनी पहचान सिर्फ गीतों, संगीत के कारण चर्चा में हैं।
शैलेन्द्र न सिर्फ सफल गीतकार थे बल्कि वे एक अभिनेता, संवाद लेखक और फिल्म निर्माता भी रहे हैं। उन्होंने पहला गीत ‘बरसारत में हमसे मिले तुम सजन’ फिल्म बरसात, 1949 में लिखा था। इसके बाद एक से बढ़कर एक गीत लिखने का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ। जब भी रेडियो या टीवी पर आपका लिखा गाना बजता है या सुनाई पड़ता है तो अनायास ही वाह क्या बात है! निकल जाता है। इसीलिए तो आपको तीन बार गीतों के लिए ‘फिल्म फेयर अवार्ड’ से सम्मानित किया गया। आपका लिखा प्रसिद्ध गीत ‘ये मेरा दीवाना पन है’ फिल्म ‘यहूदी’ का है जो वर्ष 1958 रिलीज हुई थी। इसी प्रकार फिल्म ‘अनाड़ी’ का गीत , ‘सब कुछ सीखा हमने, न सीखी होशियारी’ प्रसिद्ध रहा। यह फिल्म ‘अनाड़ी’, 1959) में बनकर तैयार हुई थी।, ‘मैं गाऊं तुम सो जाओ (फिलम ‘ब्रह्मचारी’ 1968)। इन गीतों के लिए फिल्म फेयर अवार्ड से आपको नबाजा गया।
आपने हर स्तर के गीत लिखे। देशप्रेम, प्रेमगीत, विरह गीत और भारतीय कला-संस्कृति आदि का आपने हमेशा ख्याल रखा। आपने ‘सपनों का सौदागर’ नामक फिल्म के लिए अंतिम गीत ‘तुम प्यास से देखो’ लिखा था। गीत लिखने के साथ-साथ आपको अभिनय का शौक भी था। आपने फिल्म ‘नया घर’, ‘बूट पालिस’, ‘श्री 420’ और ‘मुसाफिर’ गीत तो लिखे ही साथ ही इनमें आपने गजब का अभिनय भी किया। इतना ही नहीं उन्होंने फिल्म ‘परख’ के लिए संवाद भी लिखे थे। आपका प्रथम काव्य संग्रह ‘न्यौता और चुनौती’(1955) में प्रकाशित हुआ था। एक साहित्यकार, कलाकार, कवि के रूप में कार्य करते हुए आपने फिल्मी दुनिया में जो स्थान हासिल किया है, वह अपने आप में एक मिशाल है।
शैलेन्द्र जी ने फिल्म वर्ष 1955 में ‘श्री 420’ के लिए जो गीत लिखा वह आज भी लोगों की जुबान पर है। इस गीत को मुकेश ने गाया था और इसका संगीत दिया था शंकर जय किशन ने। शैलेन्द्र जी फिल्म ‘तीसरी कसम’ के निर्माता एवं गीतकार स्वयं थे। यह उनकी अंतिम फिल्म थी, जिसे आपने वर्ष 1966 में बनाई थी। इस फिल्म को राष्ट्रपति के स्वर्णपदक से भी सम्मानित किया गया। लेकिन शुरू में जब आपको यह पता चला कि उनकी यह फिल्म पूरी तरह से फ्लॉप हो गई है तो उन्हें दिल का दौरा पड़ा और 14 दिसम्बर वर्ष 1966 को सदा-सदा के लिए इस दुनिया को बिलखते हुए छोड़ दिया। आपके जाने के बाद यह फिल्म सुपरहिट रही। लेकिन आपने वह सुख का अनुभव नहीं किया जिसकी आपको चाह थी। आपके परिवार में पत्नी श्रीमती शकुन शैलेन्द्र, बेटा शैली शैलेन्द्र उर्फ मंटू, बबलू शैलेन्द्र. हैं।
प्रसिद्ध अभिनेता राजकूपर को बुलंदियों पर पहुंचाने वाले और कोई नहीं बल्कि शैलेन्द्र जी के लिखे गीत ही थे। एक ओर उनके लिखे गीतों ने न सिर्फ भारत बल्कि रूस और यूरोप के बहुत से देशों में श्री राजकपूर को प्रसिद्धि दिलाई। एक प्रकार से वे भारत के राजदूत के रूप में जाने जाते रहे। वहीं दूसरी ओर गीतकार शैलेन्द्र के गीत भारतीय सभ्यता और संस्कृतिक के संदेश बनकर उन देशों में फैल गए। गीतकार शैलेन्द्र भारतीय संस्कृति एवं विचारधारा के संवाहक थे। उन्होंने अपने गीतों के माध्यम से समतामूलक भारतीय समाज के निर्माण के लिए मानवतावादी विचारधारा को अपने गीतों से देष-विदेष के वातावरण को गुजायित किया।’’
‘दबे-कुचले लोगों की आवाज को बुलंद करने के लिए दलित प्रतिभापुंज शैलेन्द्र ने नारा दिया था-‘‘हर जोर-जुल्म की टक्कर में संघर्ष हमारा नारा है।’’ यह नारा आज भी हर मजदूर के लिए मिषाल के समान है, जो अपने अधिकारों की बात करता है।
फिल्मी दुनिया में अकेले शैलेन्द्र ही ऐसे गीतकार हुए हैं जिन्हांेंने अपनी योग्यता और प्रतिभा का लोहा मनवाया। इसी के आधार पर हम अपनी हिस्सेदारी की बात करते हैं। हर वर्ष हजारों फिल्में बनती हैं और करोड़ों रूपए का व्यापार भी होता है। यहां दलितों की भागेदारी कितनी है? हीरो, हीरोइन, निर्देषक, निर्माता, गायक, गीतकार, संगीतकार, नृत्य निर्देषक आदि में दलितों की कितनी संख्या है? क्या इस देष की इतनी बड़ी आबादी में कोई ऐसा व्यक्ति नहीं जो इस क्षेत्र में अपनी पहचान बना पाता? जाहिर है उन्हें यहां कभी अवसर नहीं नहीं मिला। यदि मिलता तो वे गीतकार शैलेन्द्र की भांति अपनी योग्यता और प्रतिभा का सदैव बेहतर प्रदर्षन करते। कहीं न कहीं इसके पीछे जातिवाद का भूत उनका पीछा नहीं छोड़ता।
गीतकार शैलेन्द्र के गीतों में काफी दर्द था। उन्होंने इस देश की जातीय, सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक व्यवस्था का गहन चिंतन और अध्ययन के साथ-साथ स्वयं आत्मसात किया था। वे दर्द से बिलखते हुए व्यक्ति के चेहरे पर मुस्कराहट देखना चाहते थे। वे झूठ बोलने वाले, चोरी करने वाले, अन्याय और शोषण करने वालों को सदैव अपनी कलम के माध्यम से आगाह करते रहे। एक मजदूर एक असहाय को क्या चाहिए उसे खाने-पीने के साथ-साथ सम्मान के साथ जीने का अधिकार चाहिए। ऐसा गीतकार, साहित्यकार हमारे बीच में आज नहीं हैं लेकिन उनकी यादें आज भी लोगों की जुबान पर अनायास आ ही जातीं हैं।
एक दलित परिवार में जन्में ऐसे महान विभूति को न तो भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकारों ने कोई महत्व दिया बल्कि स्वयं दलित समाज ने भी उन्हें भुला दिया। उन्हें सही मायने में भारत रत्न जैसे पुरस्कार से सम्माननित किया जाना चाहिए था। उनके नाम से डाक टिकट भी जारी हो, उनके नाम से स्मारक, पुरस्कार आदि की शुरूआत होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए हम प्रयासरत हैं। आज की फिल्मी दुनिया में दलितों की कितनी संख्या है, उनके बारे में लोग जानने को उत्सुक होते हैं। यह शोध का विषय है, इस पर भी शोधकार्य हो रहा है। फिल्मी दुनिया में दलित समाज की प्रतिभाओं को उचित अवसर मिलें, सुविधाएं मिले इस दिशा में में हमारा प्रयास जारी है। उनके जन्म दिवस एवं देहांत के अवसर पर यदि हम उन्हें याद करते हुए उनके गीतों के संदेशों, विचारों और चिंतन को आत्मसात् करें तो मैं समझता हूं कि यही उनके प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि होगी।

Buddha. The Buddha listened to him patiently and quietly,
and did not say anything as the man spoke. The angry man
finally stopped speaking. Only then did the Buddha ask
him, “If someone wants to give you something, but you don’t
want to accept it, to whom does the gift belong?” “Of course it belongs to the person who tried to give it away in
the first place,” the man answered.
“Likewise it is with your abuse,” said the Buddha. “I do
not wish to accept it, and so it belongs to you. You would have
to keep this gift of harsh words and abuse for yourself. And
I am afraid that in the end you will have to suffer for it, for a
bad man who abuses a good man can only bring suffering on
himself. It is as if a man wanted to dirty the sky by spitting at
it. His spittle can never make the sky dirty, it would only fall
onto his own face and make it dirty instead.”
The man listened to the Buddha and felt ashamed. He
asked the Buddha to forgive him and became one of his
followers.

Konkan is an area of mulnivasi indians. When brahmins attacked on India between 2500 to 2000 B.C., mulnivasi king BALI with his peoples descended from Indus valley towards the konkan region of Maharashtra and settled there. Thats why, brahmins have an intensive hatred towards the konkan region. To destroy this region, brahmins are starting JAITAPUR NUCLEAR PROJECT. The french AREVA company is a black listed company. Its projects are stopped in Irlend, England and France. In such a case, to give permission to a black listed company means to give invitation to a massive destruction !!

Brahmins are giving the need of electricity for this project. But world is going from nuclear projects to hydrolic power projects to get electricity production; then why indian brahmins are running behind the nuclear power project?? In India, there are thousands of rivers. By building dams on these rivers, we can solve the need of water plus need of electricity. China has built the world's no.1 dam and through it fulfilled the need of water plus electricity of their peoples. Why brahmin rulers in India don't do such positive work??? Simply, because brahmins are the enemies of Indians..so, they have no interest in solving problems of our peoples but they like to increase our problems. Thats why, Indian brahmins are running behind Jaitapur nuclear power project !!!

भाइयो बाबासाहब ने लिखा हुआ संविधान को सरकार अन्ना हज़ारे के साथ मिलकर बदलना चाहती हैं। सरकार और अन्ना हज़ारे मिले हुए हैं ॥ चार दिनो का अनशन का अन्ना ने नाटक किया हैं। चार दिन अनशन करने के बावजूद अन्ना चलने फिरने लायक थे। अनशन सिर्फ एक ढोंग हैं। नाटक हैं। भाइयो अण्णा के संविधान द्रोह से सावधान ! लोकपाल विधेयक के नाम पर चलने वाला नाटक अब खत्म हो चूका है ! आनेवाले दिनोमे अण्णा और उनके साथी जैसे रामदेव बाबा, अग्निवेश ऐसे पत्थर के पुजारी १२० करोड़ लोगो के लिए कायदोंका का मसुदा बनाकर देंगे ! या इनके द्वारा चुने गए लोग जो बोलेंगे वह कायदा होगा ! ऐसी व्यवस्था यहाँ बनायीं जा रही है ! फिर आपके द्वारा चुने गए लोग संसद में क्या करेंगे ? आप अभी अपने प्रतिनिधि चुनना बंद करदो....पता चला है की यही लोग आनेवाले दिनोमे चुनाव प्रक्रिया को भी बदलने वाले है.....दोस्तों अब नींद से जागो....आनेवाली तूफान से लड़ने की तय्यारी करो...क्योंकि यहाँ फिर से वही राज्य आनेवाला है....यहाँ की लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था जाकर १०० साल पहले तक देखि गई थी वो व्यवस्था फिर से आनेवाली है...भारत के संविधान में कानून बनाने की प्रक्रिया को सविस्तार में दिया गया है....सरकार किसी कानून को बनाते वक्त वो हर तरहसे जनता के सामने रखा जाता है....विशेषज्ञोके द्वारा विश्लेषित किया जाता है....श्यायद ये अण्णा और उनके बाकी साथियोंको मालूम नहीं होगा...अगर इनके द्वारा चुने गए लोगो के माध्यम से कानून का मसुदा बनाया जायेगा और सरकार उसे मान्य करेगी तो भारत में स्थापित संविधान और संसद का कोई महत्व नहीं रहेगा...आपको अपना प्रतिनिधि चुनानेका और उसके माध्यमसे कानून बनाने की प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने का आप लोगो का हक़ भी छिना जायेगा ! ध्यान रखिये लोकशाही को हुकुमशाहिमे बदलनेसे रोकिये ! अपना अधिकार सुरक्षित रखिये ! देश का संविधान और संसद सुरक्षित रखिये ! बाबा, बुवा, भटोंको कानून में हस्तक्षेप करने से रोकिये ! संविधान बचाकर मानवतावाद को बचाइए ! ये लढाई आपकी की, फिर गुलाम बनने से पहले ऐसी षड्यंत्रकारी ताकतों से बचिए ! संविधान का सही पालन ही सब इच्छओंका समाधान है ! संविधान का पालन करे, भ्रष्टाचार से मुक्त रहे !

WHO IS HANUMAN AND WHY HE IS SHOWN AS MONKEY FACED ??????

Brahmins presented Hanuman after the counter-revolution. In 187 B.C., Brahmins done counter-revolution under the heading of brahmin king Pushyamitra shung against Buddhism and Mauryan empire. But still there was a big influence of buddha on peoples minds. Before starting any work, peoples usually were 1st praying to Lord Buddha. To decrease buddha's infuence, brahmins written imaginary texts like Ramayana, Mahabharata, Gita and various Puranas. Brahmins written Ramayana from 187 to 160 B.C. Peoples were considering Buddha as a Superhumane personality. In this text, brahmins presented Ram and Hanuman as superhumane persons to counter the Buddha. Actually, Buddha was called as Vayuputra or the son of the wind. " He ( Buddha) is known like the wind ( Vayusama), because he has no abode; he is one who is unattached." So buddha was called as Maroti or Vayuputra. Brahmins applied these terms to Hanuman and tols peoples that, Hanuman is nothing but your buddha only ! Aso, brahmins given name of the buddha to hanuman. Buddha was a son of Mahmaya, who was a daughter of king Anjana; so she was being called as Anjani..so, her son Siddharth Gautam was called as Anjanisuta or the son of Anjani. bRahmins applied his name anjanisuta to Hanuman as Anjanisuta. Finding so much similiraties, peoples easily accepted Hanuman as the form of the Budha only !! After some centuries, when peoples accepted Hanuman and forgot Buddha totally, brahmins done brahmanisation of Hanuman...."WHY HANUMAN IS MONKEY FACED??"..will be explained later on.

Caste Discrimination & Deprivation against dalits, by high caste people by manipulating & deceiving all laws, by misusing their social/economic/bureaucratic power is the MOST SERIOUS FORM OF CORRUPTION. We have to ask these high caste social activists & high caste civil society of India - Mr Anna Hazare & company, to cover this form of corruption in their civil society movement & proposed Lok Pal (Ombudsman) Bill, which they are forming to control corruption. The Lok Pal Bill should cover the provision of justice for those sufferers of caste discrimination who do not get justice despite going to National Commission for Scheduled Castes & Courts & other authorities. Who will provide the justice to the victims of this corruption that denies justice & protection to the victims of casteism in India ??? Due to this corruption, underprivileged victimised dalits are compelled to suffer continuously under inhuman caste discrimination & torture, in the prevailing situation of being deprived of justice & protection from everywhere in the whole system. If Anna Hazare & company think that dalits are also part of Indian Civil Society, then they should treat this dishonesty & widespresd discrimiation with dalits as a serious corruption. The provisions to control corruption of denying justice to dalit victims should form the part of proposed Ombudsman (lokpal) Bill and also adequate dalit representation of dalits in these programmes & committees is required. If civil society of Mr Anna Hazare & company does not act on this corruption against down trodden dalits, that will be only due to their belief in cruel & inhuman casteism & manuwadi & brahmanical thinking of exploiting & suppressing underprivileged dalits. Civil Society can not have its foundation on this cruel inhuman casteism & untouchability based thinking.

Siddhartha Gotama was born into a royal family in Lumbini, now located in Nepal, in 563 BC. At 29, he realised that wealth and luxury did not guarantee happiness, so he explored the different teachings religions and philosophies of the day, to find the key to human happiness. After six years of study and meditation he finally found 'the middle path' and was enlightened. After enlightenment, the Buddha spent the rest of his life teaching the principles of Buddhism — called the Dhamma, or Truth — until his death at the age of 80.

He was not, nor did he claim to be. He was a man who taught a path to enlightenment from his own experience.

Buddhism agrees with the moral teachings of other religions but Buddhism goes further by providing a long term purpose within our existence, through wisdom and true understanding. Real Buddhism is very tolerant and not concerned with labels like 'Christian', 'Moslem', 'Hindu' or 'Buddhist'; that is why there have never been any wars fought in the name of Buddhism. That is why Buddhists do not preach and try to convert, only explain if an explanation is sought.

The core of Buddhism fit into this definition, because the Four Noble truths (see below) can be tested and proven by anyone in fact the Buddha himself asked his followers to test the teaching rather than accept his word as true. Buddhism depends more on understanding than faith.

• What did the Buddha Teach?

The Buddha taught many things, but the basic concepts in Buddhism can be summed up by the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path.

• What is the First Noble Truth?

The first truth is that life is suffering i.e., life includes pain, getting old, disease, and ultimately death. We also endure psychological suffering like loneliness frustration, fear, embarrassment, disappointment and anger. This is an irrefutable fact that cannot be denied. It is realistic rather than pessimistic because pessimism is expecting things to be bad. lnstead, Buddhism explains how suffering can be avoided and how we can be truly happy.

• What is the Second Noble Truth?

The second truth is that suffering is caused by craving and aversion. We will suffer if we expect other people to conform to our expectation, if we want others to like us, if we do not get something we want,etc. In other words, getting what you want does not guarantee happiness. Rather than constantly struggling to get what you want, try to modify your wanting. Wanting deprives us of contentment and happiness. A lifetime of wanting and craving and especially the craving to continue to exist, creates a powerful energy which causes the individual to be born. So craving leads to physical suffering because it causes us to be reborn.

• What is the Third Noble Truth?

The third truth is that suffering can be overcome and happiness can be attained; that true happiness and contentment are possible. lf we give up useless craving and learn to live each day at a time (not dwelling in the past or the imagined future) then we can become happy and free. We then have more time and energy to help others. This is Nirvana.

• What is the Fourth Noble Truth?

The fourth truth is that the Noble 8-fold Path is the path which leads to the end of suffering.

• What is the Noble 8-Fold Path?

In summary, the Noble 8-fold Path is being moral (through what we say, do and our livelihood), focussing the mind on being fully aware of our thoughts and actions, and developing wisdom by understanding the Four Noble Truths and by developing compassion for others.

• What are the 5 Precepts?

The moral code within Buddhism is the precepts, of which the main five are: not to take the life of anything living, not to take anything not freely given, to abstain from sexual misconduct and sensual overindulgence, to refrain from untrue speech, and to avoid intoxication, that is, losing mindfulness.

• What is Karma?

Karma is the law that every cause has an effect, i.e., our actions have results. This simple law explains a number of things: inequality in the world, why some are born handicapped and some gifted, why some live only a short life. Karma underlines the importance of all individuals being responsible for their past and present actions. How can we test the karmic effect of our actions? The answer is summed up by looking at (1) the intention behind the action, (2) effects of the action on oneself, and (3) the effects on others.

• What is Wisdom?

Buddhism teaches that wisdom should be developed with compassion. At one extreme, you could be a goodhearted fool and at the other extreme, you could attain knowledge without any emotion. Buddhism uses the middle path to develop both. The highest wisdom is seeing that in reality, all phenomena are incomplete, impermanent and do no constitute a fixed entity. True wisdom is not simply believing what we are told but instead experiencing and understanding truth and reality. Wisdom requires an open, objective, unbigoted mind. The Buddhist path requires courage, patience, flexibility and intelligence.

• What is Compassion?

Compassion includes qualities of sharing, readiness to give comfort, sympathy, concern, caring. In Buddhism, we can really understand others, when we can really understand ourselves, through wisdom.

• How do I Become a Buddhist?

Buddhist teachings can be understood and tested by anyone. Buddhism teaches that the solutions to our problems are within ourselves not outside. The Buddha asked all his followers not to take his word as true, but rather to test the teachings for themselves. ln this way, each person decides for themselves and takes responsibility for their own actions and understanding. This makes Buddhism less of a fixed package of beliefs which is to be accepted in its entirety, and more of a teaching which each person learns and uses in their own way.

Harassment

A highly ranked dalit officer (General Manager) in a Government office in New Delhi, in which complaint was given to National Commission for Scheduled Castes & also to Police, but no action is taken after continuous pursuation by victim. Since casteist perpetrators are high influential position holding bureaucrats, NCSC and Police did not act, hence extending indirect support and encouragement to casteist oppressors to further increasingly harass and humiliate the victimised GM.
The incident happened in May,2008 in New Delhi office of that Government of India organisation (at Hansalaya Building, Barakhamba Road), when this SC General Manager was shifted from his room to another small room; and other high caste officer was being shifted to his room (which was a decent room, hence dalit officer was not allowed to continue there). To purify the room and the surrounding hall, Puja (religious purifying ceramony) was performed there by the group of high caste officials. Also the lock of SC GM was broken to open it to perform the puja there. The said dalit GM was the senior most dalit officer at Delhi head office of the said organisarion (under Ministry of Commerce) hence he was not being tolerated by the high caste top management of the organisation; and was being continuously harassed and discriminated. By the continuing situation of denial of justice & protection to the victim, casteist perpetrators are highly encouraged and inflict one harassment action after another on the victim, who was also transferred from Delhi to Hyderabad in Dec,2009 (discriminatly & arbitrarily) to torture his whole family.
